The TBP Global Strategist Institute — ÌMỌ̀DÒYE™ — is the learning, professional-development and talent-formation arm of The Borderless Project.
The Institute exists to identify, develop and equip a global community of strategists, technologists, researchers, professionals, entrepreneurs and sector specialists with the knowledge, methodology and applied project experience required to contribute meaningfully to the development of TBP's emerging global trade, maritime, energy, data, infrastructure and capital architecture.
Through structured Fellowships, applied project contribution, multidisciplinary collaboration and the DESQUELET® methodology, participants develop the capability to investigate, question, design, simulate, test and document components of TBP projects while building a verified professional record of their contribution.
The wider objective is to develop a growing international pool of talent capable of contributing to the future implementation and evolution of the TBP ecosystem — including its ambition to establish one of the world's largest integrated trade-corridor systems, with a projected US$10 trillion+ scale at maturity.

The tree is more than the visual symbol of the Institute — it represents the philosophy of formation behind ÌMỌ̀DÒYE™. A mature tree develops beneath the surface long before its growth becomes visible: it establishes its roots, draws nourishment, creates strength through its trunk, expands through its branches and eventually produces a canopy and fruit. Every Fellow arrives at the Institute with their own roots — an undergraduate brings emerging knowledge, a professional brings experience, a researcher brings enquiry, an entrepreneur brings practical understanding, a specialist brings expertise. The Institute does not erase these foundations. It helps participants deepen and apply them.

Trunk — Wisdom
The trunk represents Wisdom. It gathers what the roots have absorbed and transforms it into strength, stability and direction.
